Registering Your Car
To claim money back for fuel from the club, you are required by the Athletic Union to submit your insurance documents (Insurance, MOT & Driving Licence) of the vehicle you will be using to the Athletic Union. This ensures that the committee know that everyone is insured in the unlikely case of an accident occurring. Hopefully everyone will see the benefits of doing this.
All you need to do is read and fill out the following form and take in your original certificates to the union reception, photocopies of the original certificates will be taken at the reception. Please note that if your insurance runs out half way through the academic year you will have to take in the new certificates so that the Union can update their records.
Please could everyone who has a car in the club fill this form out at the start of the year, rather than leaving it till a couple of days before a training trip.
