Circuit Training

Circuit training is run by the triathlon club, but we also share these sessions so you’ll see loads of LSCC members there.

The sessions are 1 hour long, and happen twice a week (check below for dates), and the main aims are to build up core strength, but also strengthen and tone relevant muscle groups.

All these sessions are totally free of charge for members, and take place at Loughborough Dance Studio which can be found on the campus map.

Tuesday Session: 1800 – 1900

Sessions are run both times during the weeks within term times, but if unsure they will be posted in the calendar so check there first.
