The hill climb training is run most Monday’s during term time at 1900 from the fountain, to check if this weeks is on then have a look on the forum or calendar where more up do date information will be posted. The sessions starts with a ride out (warm-up) to Beacon Hill. Then the first thing is for each person to do a time trial up the hill which is timed and then posted below. Afterwards the training session will begin with guidance from an experienced club member. The sessions are as hard as you chose to make them so don’t feel out of your depth if your new to mountain biking as the purpose of these sessions is to help everyone develop.
